It’s quiet, reasonably clean, has convenient parking, and is in a good location, but there is absolutely nothing inside (no toilet paper, towels, etc.). On the downside, it shows signs of age, ventilation is difficult, and the cleaning seems inadequate (especially if you look at the toilet paper holder). It literally feels like they are just renting out an empty room.
