* Check-in is contactless. - Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM (negotiable) * Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. * Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. * Pets are not allowed. * Loud noise and parties are prohibited. * This is the host's cherished space; please treat it with care and keep it clean, just as you would your own home.
📌 Freshly laundered bedding and towels, tableware, an electric kettle, and more are provided. * Bedding (duvets, etc.) is washed and hot-air dried after every stay. 🛏️ Fully furnished with a bed, dining table, TV, etc.—just bring your personal belongings. * Standard occupancy is for one person (please inquire separately for additional guests). * For hygiene reasons, personal toiletries (shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc.) are not provided. * As this is a shared living facility, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. * You may be subject to forced eviction if complaints arise from neighbors regarding noise or other disturbances. * Upon check-out, you may be charged for replacement costs or additional cleaning fees in cases of excessive trash, stained bedding (blood, food, etc.), smoking, or damaged/lost amenities. * Please strictly adhere to the facility's rules regarding trash disposal and recycling.

It was exactly as shown in the photos. I liked that there was plenty of space, just like in the pictures. The door lock battery ran out during my stay, but it was handled quickly, which I appreciated. I had a great stay.
