All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, in the event of excessive usage, an additional management fee may be charged after verification. All rates are based on single occupancy, and the room is optimized for one person. Occupancy by two people is not permitted, even if one is a child.
Access to the subway station is very convenient, and the famous Seoul Botanic Park is just a five-minute walk away, making it a great spot for daily exercise and walks. The area features many newly built office buildings, creating a clean and pleasant living environment. The room itself is neat and well-organized, and the host is very kind and attentive throughout the stay.
It wasn't bad. The location is good, and the facilities are adequate. However, since it is an officetel, the soundproofing within the building is inevitably poor. I’m a bit sensitive about beds and found this one somewhat uncomfortable, but it was manageable once I laid down a thicker mattress pad.
