Check-in: 16:00 / Check-out: 12:00 (Please call the day before arrival if you have any special circumstances). 4. Standard occupancy: 4 people. 5. Pets allowed (full compensation required for any property damage). 6. Free use of barbecue grill.
Please contact the manager immediately if you experience any inconvenience after check-in. All items within the building are available for use. As this is a rental property, guests are required to provide their own daily necessities and bedding.
Utilities: Electricity, water, and kerosene (for the boiler). Meter readings are taken before check-in and after check-out; utility charges are billed based on actual usage.
