☀️ This new officetel (duplex) is a really convenient place for those who are on a business trip or traveling to Gyeongsan, Daegu~^^ 💕 We also provide homemade side dishes for free once! (Kimchi, stir-fried potatoes, seaweed, stir-fried pork, etc.: The menu may change!) 💕 It's a 1-minute walk from Imdang Station, a 10-minute walk from Yeungnam University, Homeplus, a movie theater, (cafe, convenience store, self-service laundry on the 1st floor), and Nammae Reservoir is right in front, so it's good for walking or exercising~^^
👍🏽 1-minute walk from the bus stop right in front of Imdang Station Electric bicycles and kickboards are available in front of the station, making them convenient to use.
☀️ Check-in is contactless. ☀️ Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 12 PM. ☀️ The bed is a super single! An electric blanket is also provided. If more than one person is staying, we will prepare additional bedding! Please let us know in advance! We have also prepared an electric heater and electric blanket for use in the loft! ☀️ We will inform you how to use the parking lot for free! ☀️ We have also prepared a beanbag chair for one person so you can relax and look at the sky from the loft~^^ 👍🏽 👮♀️ A safe officetel that uses facial recognition. 🚭 Please keep the indoor area smoke-free.
👍🏽 We always strive to provide a warm and comfortable living space! 👍🏽 All bedding is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. 👍🏽 It's great for both short and medium-term stays~^^ 👍🏽 You will be charged for any damage to items. Please use them with care. 👍🏽 Toilet paper, cleaning tools, a drying rack, laundry detergent, 5 towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and seasonings are provided for your convenience. 👍🏽 If you need anything for your stay, we will do our best to prepare it for you. Please feel free to let us know before your arrival~^^ (Additional towels, cooking utensils (cutlery set, dishes), iron, humidifier, heater, etc.)
Internet, water, electricity, and management fees are all included. Additional costs may apply if you bring a pet. Please check before moving in. ^^
