Conveniently located within a 5–10 minute walk of subway and bus stations, making it an ideal place to stay for business trips to Guro, Gasan Digital Complex, or Yeouido. Easy access to central Seoul areas like Gangnam, Hongdae, Jongno, Yongsan, and Yeouido within 20–30 minutes, and close to major hospitals such as Boramae and Hallym Sacred Heart. Convenient subway access allows you to reach universities like Seoul National, Hongdae, Ewha, and Soongsil within 20–30 minutes. Address registration (moving-in report) is not available. All rules follow the SamsamM2 policy.

I will send you a message once your stay is confirmed. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Please refrain from making noise late at night. A movie theater, hospital, pharmacy, and convenience store are within a 2-minute walk; a large supermarket is 10 minutes away. Please dispose of general and food waste at the building's designated recycling area.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, excessive use of electricity and gas may result in additional charges upon check-out.
