- Our place is a spacious, cozy, and comfortable room with a separate studio layout that gets plenty of sunlight. - There is a separate room, so two people can use it separately. - It is suitable for those who are working or on a business trip from another region, or for university students living on their own. - There are restaurants such as Bangogae Muchimhoe, a library, an amusement park, and a supermarket nearby. - The wallpaper was recently replaced. - The owner runs a hair salon on the first floor (always available).
-Bus stops and subway stations (Ban-go-gae Station, Line 2) are within a 5-minute walk.
- No smoking indoors. - Please separate your trash (recycling) and put it in a bag. Place it in the corner of the entrance on the 1st floor. We will dispose of it immediately. - In particular, if you have leftover food from delivery, please put it in the food waste bin and leave it at the entrance on the 1st floor. We will dispose of it immediately. ^^
- Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is by 12 PM. Please inquire separately for early check-in and late check-out. - If necessary, other guests may visit to see the actual room. We will ask for your understanding in advance of their visit. - If you have any other inquiries, please send a message. We will contact you as soon as we confirm. - The default number of occupants is 1 (additional occupants require separate agreement). - Discounts are available for long-term contracts.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
There were plenty of household amenities, so I was able to cook and had a great stay.
