The weekly rent of 230,000 won is not enough to cover the net cost of operating a business office, but it includes a desk, copier, and computer for residential and all business purposes. It is also furnished with traditional furniture and authentic Goryeo celadon (absolute! - 3 million won will be charged for breakage) to allow foreigners to experience Korean culture. Additionally, a new electric wheelchair is available for those with disabilities.
Located at Suseo Station, you can travel to both the provinces and Seoul. Of course, direct buses to the airport operate until late at night.
Check-in is contactless! Pets are not allowed. We will actively assist with any requests or cooperation from other guests. A thick blanket is provided in addition to the single bed, allowing for two people to stay.
Computers, copiers, etc. are also available for simultaneous use for accommodation and business purposes.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.

The location is really good. It's right in front of you when you get off at Suseo Station. There's an E-Mart in the building in front, and across the street, there are various convenience facilities such as Olive Young. The host is also kind, and they ask in advance what you need and prepare it. There's no floor heating, but there's a heater with central heating and a warmer. The downside is that the bathroom is very small.
