It is a 5-minute walk from Songtan Station and a 10-minute drive to Godeok. The address of the free parking lot is 550-20 Seojeong-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, and it is a 2-minute walk from the house.
Check-in is contactless, and we will send you a guide text on the day of check-in. (Please be sure to check it.) Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. When checking out, please dispose of your trash at the recycling center directly across the street.
You may be charged for any damage or contamination to the property. Check-out time on the day of departure is 11:00 AM. Please note that a fee of 10,000 KRW per hour will be charged for late check-out. Have a comfortable rest :)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay additional management fees. (I've had the experience of getting hit with a huge electricity bill due to excessive air conditioner use ㅠㅠ)

The building is extremely old and dirty. I checked out early because I found bugs, and I imagine it would be even worse in the summer. The refrigerator is very noisy, and if you wipe the inside of the washing machine, your hand comes away covered in dust... It isn't even cheap, and the transportation is poor. Instead of paying this much, you would be better off signing a lease for a share house.
