The description said it was on the 14th floor, but the room I was guided to was on the 9th floor. The smell of cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation fan meant I had to ventilate frequently, even in the dead of winter. The constant barking from the floor below caused sleep disturbances. It was truly the worst.
