Please use the designated smoking area next to the building. (No indoor smoking or pets allowed.) ❤️ Most communication and information sharing will take place via KakaoTalk. Please feel free to contact us anytime if you have any questions or concerns. ❤️ This is a residential building, and the other residents are quiet and considerate. Utility Fee Guide

The service fee is based on two occupants. For any additional occupants, a surcharge of 10,000 KRW per person per week applies. Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the service fee. However, if weekly utility costs exceed 50,000 KRW, an additional charge may apply for the excess amount. As additional charges have never occurred under normal usage conditions, please feel free to use the facilities with confidence.

If you're planning a short-term stay and don't mind a semi-basement unit, this place seems like a good option since it's fully equipped with all the essentials. However, ventilation can be a bit of a challenge due to the semi-basement location.
