• The accommodation is located a 3-minute walk from Yeoksam Station, making it very convenient. • You can take an airport bus that goes directly to the airport from the bus stop right in front of the house. • If you need parking, please contact us in advance and we will guide you.
• Check-in is contactless. • After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you detailed information about check-in and use via message.
• Cafes, restaurants, and live cafes are located near the accommodation, making them convenient to use. • Please note that if any damage or contamination occurs to items within the accommodation, you may be charged for the cost of damages. • The accommodation is provided in a clean condition and is ready for immediate and comfortable use upon check-in.
• All utility bills are included in the management fee. • If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The host was well-prepared with plenty of towels, amenities, and dishes, so I had a comfortable long-term stay. The large TV with Netflix and YouTube was useful, as were the spacious refrigerator, toaster, washing machine, and drying rack. A hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, kitchen towels, dishcloths, rubber gloves, laundry detergent, and fabric softener were all provided. There were also various types of pillows, including large and low ones, which was convenient. The large and numerous drawers were especially great for organizing clothes! ♡ The air conditioner occasionally made noise, but it blew cool air very well. With the ceiling fan and individual room fans, I stayed comfortable even in mid-summer. The nearby "Alchan Hankki Gimbap" restaurant was delicious, and there was also a soy-marinated crab restaurant and Solsoot in the GFC basement, all within easy reach. The convenience store and subway station are close, and the location is excellent. I would love to stay here again. ^^
