This is a modern interior with a white tone. This is a fully-equipped house with a TV, bed, sofa, washing machine, dryer, etc. Kitchen utensils (electric rice cooker, air fryer, microwave, dishes, knife, scissors, etc.) are all prepared. It is a quiet and clean house, and since it is on the first floor, there is no need to worry about noise between floors.
It is 15-20 minutes from Gonjiam Station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There are direct buses to Gangbyeon Station, Jamsil Station, Gangnam Station, and Bundang.
1. Check-in is contactless. 2. On the day of check-in, the access password will be sent via text message. It cannot be changed. 3. In case of damage or loss of property, you may be charged for the cost, and the refund amount may be deducted from the deposit.
Gonjiam Resort, Hwadam Forest, a ski resort, a hospital, and a food alley are located nearby, right in front of the house. Convenience stores and other amenities are a 3-minute walk away. [Precautions] 1. It is mandatory to separate and dispose of trash upon check-out. Please dispose of food waste in the designated bin. The food waste disposal card is in the first kitchen drawer. Please return it to its place after use. A fee will be charged for any loss. Additionally, if trash is not disposed of, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. 2. Smoking is prohibited indoors. If smoking is detected, you may be immediately evicted, and additional cleaning and wallpapering fees may be charged. 3. Cooking meat and fish is not permitted. If oil stains cause contamination, additional cleaning and wallpapering fees may be charged.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. In winter, the average amount includes all heating costs. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
You were the best host. If I visit Korea again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here... (though, given how popular you are, I wonder if I'd be able to get a reservation...) I had a very comfortable stay in your clean home. Thank you.
