It is currently vacant as I am in the provinces. Of the two rooms, only the master bedroom shown in the picture is available. The small room is locked because our belongings are in it. It's perfect for those who need short-term accommodation for interior design, business trips, moving, etc. Among the apartments in the Pyeongnae Hopyeong Station area, this apartment is one of the five buildings, so it seems to be the quietest! It has a morning mountain view, which is hard to enjoy in a small apartment.

- Easy access to Jamsil, Gangnam, Cheongnyangni, and Yongsan. Excellent transportation with various ITX, Gyeongchun Line, and bus routes. 1 minute by car and 5 minutes on foot from Pyeongnae Hopyeong Station on the Gyeongchun Line. 1 minute by car and 10 minutes on foot from E-Mart. There is a bus stop in front of the house.
- Check-in is contactless. - One unused room is locked. - Items that cannot be used are covered. - Smoking, moving in, and pets are not allowed. - Towels, bathroom supplies, garbage bags, etc. are not provided. - The room is set up with a queen-size bed and the default occupancy is 2 people. (Additional charges apply for extra guests)
There is a CU convenience store in front of Hyosung Apartment across the street. It is good for hiking Baekbongsan Mountain, walking along Homancheon Stream, and enjoying the core commercial area of the station. Here is a guide to nearby restaurants. - Arirang Galbi - Kwak Mang-geun Galbitang - Pyeongchang Gui - Jiho Hanbang Samgyetang ※ Apartments are multi-family housing. If you cause noise such as loud singing late at night to surrounding households or if the host receives a complaint, you may be asked to leave.
- All utility bills (electricity, gas, water, internet) are included in the management fee. - However, if you use them excessively, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out. (If you use them as if they were your own, you will not exceed the limit.)
At first, the parking lot didn't look good, but when I entered the house, I was very satisfied because the parking lot was not visible and it was clean. By the time I checked out, I had gotten used to the parking lot and it wasn't a problem at all. I was very, very satisfied~~^^
