This is a duplex room. There is a bed on the first floor, and an empty space on the second floor. It is recommended to place your luggage on the second floor and live on the first floor to make good use of the space. There is one double-size bed, an air conditioner, an individual boiler, and a sink. For laundry, please use the shared laundry room in the building. Thank you.

On the day of check-in, the room password will be sent to the contact number you provided during booking (the room key will be sent via mobile phone text message, not a card machine). The management fee is 105,000 won per week, and this fee includes electricity, water, gas, and internet charges. The payment includes a 50,000 won cleaning fee for check-out. Check-in is available after 4 PM. - Parking is not available.
