I found this place while looking for a place to stay during my internship and lived there for two months. The house is spacious enough for one person. There were some disappointing aspects, such as water leaks, but the landlord was kind.
It's clean and nice.
It was great in many ways, with Lotte Department Store right in front, and a public parking lot and convenience store nearby.
