Please understand that you may be asked to leave without a refund if complaints arise due to prohibited activities. Additional charges may apply in the event of damage, loss, or soiling of facilities or items. You are responsible for cleaning, tidying up, washing dishes, doing laundry, and sorting waste for disposal during your stay.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Please note that additional charges may apply in the event of excessive usage. We kindly ask for your cooperation in conserving energy and managing costs by turning off water and electronic devices when not in use.

The air conditioning isn't very cool in the summer. It was great that the host was so supportive.
Itβs a newly built, fully furnished place, which is great! The landlord is incredibly kind; they respond quickly and resolve any issues immediately. The apartment is also very spacious for someone living alone. There was a bit of dust when I moved in, but it wasn't a big dealβIβm not too fussy, and a quick cleaning took care of it. The location is convenient, tooβjust 15 minutes to Eunpyeong-gu or Wonheung Station. Iβd definitely recommend it if youβre looking for an affordable "two-room plus" unit near Seoul!
