The place is nice, clean, and well-located; in my opinion, it was well worth the price. The owner responds quickly, and any issues are resolved promptly.
I'll write this in English for my foreign friends... I stayed at this place for a week and it was amazing! The interior was clean and all heating/electronics worked flawlessly. It is located in an alleyway on the 3rd floor, so it is probably best if you do not bring a car. The owner was very kind and responded to texts very quickly. It's also located in front of many great restaurants, but thankfully it's not too loud at night. I recommend this place to anyone!
It's so clean and a great place to live. The host was quick to respond and kind, so I was really comfortable during my stay. I was worried about noise because the front of the house is right in a bustling area, but there wasn't any noticeable noise, and all my friends who came to visit slept soundly. It's close to the station, and everything is nearby, so it's easy to buy what you need. The bathroom is really clean, with no blockages and strong water pressure. I was worried about smells since it's above a commercial area, but there wasn't any at all. The heating works really well; it's very warm. The room is spacious, the bed is large, and the TV and refrigerator are all big. There's a washing machine, sink, microwave, kettle, and induction cooktop, and there are cupboards and extra spaces, making it easy to organize things. The host even provided small items, which made me think they are very thoughtful. During my stay, everything went well, and I felt good the whole time. If I have the chance, I'd like to come again.
