The location right in front of the station was really great.
I stayed here for four weeks due to some renovation work. Since I had a lot of expenses at the time, I was looking for a place that offered good value and accessibility, which is how I found Samhwa Place. I was so satisfied with the experience that I wanted to leave a review. First, the place was incredibly convenient because it was fully equipped with everything I needed. I initially looked for an officetel (studio apartment) thinking it would be cleaner, but since my renovation site was near Changsin Station—where there aren't many officetels—I chose this place instead. It was so well-maintained that I stayed very comfortably, even during the humid summer monsoon season. The host had also thoughtfully stocked the place with everything necessary, allowing me to cook, work from home, and enjoy my four-week stay. Second, the location is fantastic. It is right next to the station, which made my commute incredibly fast! I hadn't even considered the view, but the sight of the Changsin-dong quarry from the kitchen area is wonderful. While the immediate neighborhood isn't a bustling commercial district, the proximity to a convenience store and the station meant there was no inconvenience; the quiet atmosphere was actually a plus. Haha. (There’s a *mokgogi* [pork neck] restaurant nearby that is delicious, so I highly recommend trying it if you stay here.) Third, the host is incredibly kind. I could feel their thoughtfulness throughout the house, and whenever we communicated, their consideration was always evident; I spent those four weeks feeling truly grateful. I hope others have a wonderful time here as well!
