I stayed for two weeks because of the interior. The transportation was good and everything was provided, so I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
I was looking for a place to stay for a long time in Korea while living abroad, and I found Samhwa Place. The most important thing for me was transportation, and I had used an officetel before, but it was very narrow and stuffy, so I was looking for a comfortable place to live. This place was more than twice as spacious, the rooms were separate, and there were windows on all sides, so it was well-ventilated and, most importantly, very cool. There are mountains and parks around the house, so the wind was very good, and even on hot days, it was very cool just by entering this neighborhood after getting off the subway. There was a very nice park within a 5-minute walk, so it was great for exercising, and I also enjoyed the night view by taking a village bus from right in front of the house to Naksan Park. Most importantly, I don't live in Korea, so there were various small inconveniences, but I was very grateful that I could contact the host immediately, and they helped me find out and helped me. Thanks to the host's thoughtful consideration throughout the house, I was able to stay without any inconvenience, and if there was anything I needed, I could contact them immediately and they would solve it. The bed and mattress in the room were so comfortable that I, who am sensitive to sleep, could sleep and rest well, and they even provided a mattress in the living room, so there was no inconvenience even when two people used it. Compared to other places, there were plenty of dishes and cups, and all the necessary items for living were prepared, so I didn't have to buy anything separately. The washing machine had a large capacity, so it was great for washing a lot of laundry, and the refrigerator was large and good enough to use for several months! I originally signed a two-month contract and came in, but it was so comfortable and nice to stay that I extended it for another month. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and there are many restaurants, so it is an optimal place for foreigners who have difficulty ordering delivery ^^ The subway station was 1 minute away, so I could go anywhere comfortably, and it was nice to be on the quiet and leisurely Line 6. I was worried about having to use the building stairs at first, but it was only the 4th floor, so it wasn't a problem at all. And the best thing was that I could use the rooftop exclusively. We could use it alone, so we didn't have to worry about being watched, and they even provided chairs, so it was nice to go up on a hot evening and enjoy the cool breeze and the view! Whenever I had a question, the host professionally organized and answered it via text and documents. When a light bulb in the room needed replacing, I contacted them, and they immediately called a technician to fix it. I was worried about outsiders entering since it's a commercial building, but it wasn't a shop with customers coming and going, so I didn't encounter any. I used to stay in hotels or officetels when I visited Korea every 1-2 years, but I think I'll be visiting this place often from now on! Thanks to the thoughtful and considerate host, I had a comfortable rest in Korea!
