All utility bills are included in the management fee. It was good.
It was tidy, but not thoroughly clean. Everything was well-organized, and the floors were clean. The place made a great first impression thanks to the lovely decor, but there were issues with dirty window frames and water stains in the bathroom. The lack of curtains meant it was glaringly bright in the morning, and the washing machine left lint on my clothes, so I had to buy cleaner and run a tub-cleaning cycle myself. Since I was staying for a long period, there was plenty of tableware, but the condition of the cookware (frying pans and pots) was disappointing. Despite some minor shortcomings, I still think itโs a great place to stay. The location and the building itself are excellent. It has a good layout with two rooms, and the space is quite roomy. There were also plenty of hangers, making storage very convenient.
It was close to the station and a very comfortable place to relax. They provided all the necessary amenities, which was wonderful. It was quiet, and having places to eat nearby was great. Parking was also very convenient. We had a lovely stay with our dog.
