The nearest exit from Banwoldang Station is a 5-minute walk away. 🚗 If you have a vehicle to park 🚗 You must register as a resident at the management office and proceed with vehicle registration. A vehicle registration certificate is required (a photo is acceptable), and a 50,000 KRW deposit for the parking card is charged. Upon check-out, if you return the parking card to the management office, the 50,000 KRW deposit will be refunded.
🚭 Strict No-Smoking Policy Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited indoors (including the room, bathroom, and balcony). If smoking is confirmed or evidence of smoking is found (such as the smell of smoke, ash, or cigarette butts), the following charges may apply: ● Costs for specialized cleaning and deodorizing ● Costs for restoring items damaged by smoke (wallpaper, curtains, bedding, etc.) ● Costs for business losses due to the cancellation or inability to accept subsequent bookings (if applicable) These costs may be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately. Check-in is contactless. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions regarding check-in and the rental agreement. ☀️Ceiling LED lighting color is adjustable * Toilet paper, standard waste disposal bags, laundry detergent, and toiletries are not provided. * A hair dryer, hair straightener, towels, and bedding (duvet, pillows) are provided. ❗️Any items left behind upon check-out will not be stored; they will be discarded immediately without prior notice.

The location was close to the city center, making it easy to get around, and there were plenty of lovely cafes nearby to explore! I had a very comfortable stay without any issues. I really liked the location and the atmosphere of the area, so I’d love to visit again :)
