    Typical officetel, small but functional. Incredible views of Namsan! In the busy neighborhood of Jongno, but set back on a quiet street so no road noise at night. Within walking distance to the DDP area, a 5-minute walk to Cheonggyecheon Stream, a 5-minute walk to multiple bus stations and 2 subway stations. The only things I didn't like were that I could sometimes hear the other tenants moving around in the building, there is no proper workspace (I used the kitchen table that pulls out from the wall but this wasn't the best setup), and there are multiple mattresses on the bed and the top one slides around which sometimes disrupted my sleep. Still, I highly recommend this apartment if you're working and living in the area or if you're visiting for a short time and want to be in a central location.
