This is a neatly renovated single room. The air is fresh thanks to the nearby Cheonjangsan Mountain. Guests looking for a healing spot within the city will be delighted.
It is located just a 2-minute walk from Sangwolgok Station (Line 6). It is close to Korea University, Korea University Hospital, K-Arts (KNUA), Dongduk Women's University, HUFS, Kyung Hee University, and Kwangwoon University. It offers excellent transportation links, with Gangnam accessible within 30 minutes.
Check-in is contactless. This is a single-occupancy room; overnight stays by visitors are not permitted. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We will send you an information text message at 12:00 PM on your check-in day. Pets and smoking are prohibited. A special sanitization fee of 400,000 KRW will be charged for indoor smoking. This is a shared space; please be considerate of others.
KIST, Korea National University of Arts, Korea University, Dongduk Women's University, and Kwangwoon University are located nearby, and Bukseoul Dream Forest is a 10-minute drive away. A walking trail and park at Cheonjangsan Mountain are just a one-minute walk away.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Excessive use of included utilities may result in a request for an additional management fee. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis; please inquire for details.

I had a comfortable stay. Even though it was a basement unit, I really appreciated the large windows and the fact that there was a window in the bathroom as well. The host was kind and provided immediate responses whenever I needed anything. Thank you.
