It is a super-station area, 2 minutes from Sangwolgok Station. It is 30 minutes from Gangnam. Transportation infrastructure is excellent, including Yaksu, Itaewon, Hongdae, Sangam, and Taeneung.
Check-in is contactless. This is a single room. Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We will provide more details once the contract is signed. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the building. A special disinfection fee of 400,000 KRW will be charged for indoor smoking. This is a space for everyone, so please be considerate. Please use garbage bags and dispose of them in the recycling area behind the parking lot.
KIST, Korea National University of Arts, Korea University, Dongduk Women's University, and Kwangwoon University are nearby, and Dream Forest is a 10-minute drive away. Cheonjangsan Mountain Trail and a park are a 1-minute walk away.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please inquire.
I had a comfortable stay. Even though it was a basement unit, I really appreciated the large windows and the fact that there was a window in the bathroom as well. The host was kind and provided immediate responses whenever I needed anything. Thank you.
