It is a new building built a few years ago. The room is clean and tidy. It is a very cozy space.
Jeungsan Station. 5 minutes from Mulgeum Station (by car) Less than 10 minutes from Yangsan Pusan National University Hospital.
Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors.
Famous tourist attractions, historical sites, government offices, hospitals, companies, schools, and supermarkets are located nearby. If the property is damaged or contaminated, you will be charged for the cost of damages. It is cleaned thoroughly so you can use it right after moving in.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
Everything was great, and I had no issues at all. The host was kind and provided helpful guidance. You only need to bring your own toiletries. With pots, knives, cutting boards, dishes, bedding, a hair dryer, a TV, a vacuum cleaner, and more provided, you can practically just show up. Thank you.
