This is a neatly remodeled single room. Even though it's a semi-basement, it doesn't feel stuffy. It's quiet and clean, so you can relax comfortably. For parking, please inquire on a first-come, first-served basis.
It is a super station area, 2 minutes from Sangwolgok Station. It is 30 minutes from Gangnam. The transportation infrastructure is excellent, including Yaksu, Itaewon, Hongdae, Sangam, and Taeneung. It is Sangam. Line 6.
Check-in is contactless. Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A special quarantine fee of 400,000 won will be charged for indoor smoking. Please be sure to use the food waste bag, and the recycling area is behind the parking lot. This is a shared space. Please be considerate.
North Seoul Forest is nearby, and Cheonjangsan Mountain is a minute away with well-maintained walking trails. It's quiet with good air, even though it's in the city center. KIST, Korea National University of Arts, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Kyung Hee University, Dongduk Women's University, Korea University, and Kwangwoon University are close by.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.

I had a good stay. Overall, it was clean and I didn't experience any inconveniences. However, there were two issues: 1. The mattress springs were uncomfortable, and 2. The motion-sensor light at the entrance wouldn't turn off, so I had to flip the circuit breaker. It would be great if these could be addressed. ^
I had a really comfortable stay in this room! It was well-equipped and cozy.
