It is located along the main street of the Dongmyeong-dong commercial district, ensuring a safe environment. You will have exclusive use of the third floor; please be aware that there is no elevator.

I am leaving a detailed review for future guests and the landlord. *Pros 1. The location is close to the ACC, where I worked. 2. There are many restaurants and amenities nearby. 3. The room is newly built and spacious, making it very comfortable. 4. There are plenty of power outlets—more than 10. 5. The smart TV is connected to a Marshall speaker, providing great sound for watching Netflix. 5. Security is a key feature; entering the room requires a three-step passcode process, which feels quite secure. 6. The bathroom sink was draining slowly, but the landlord immediately ordered a plunger. 7. The rent is affordable. *Cons 1. Although I was pleased with the pleasant room condition upon arrival, the bed had only one duvet and one pillow. Arriving at night, we had no choice but to sleep on a bed covered only by a white mattress sheet. There was no prior notice that these items weren't provided. Since this is a short-term housing rental rather than a standard Airbnb, you must bring your own bedding (duvet, pillow, floor mat, etc.). 2. No towels provided... Again, since this is a space-only rental, I hope there is clear information advising guests to bring their own bedding and towels. 3. The room appears to be a converted rooftop unit of a small building; to reach it, you have to climb three flights of stairs that are quite narrow, steep, and dirty. The stairs, caked in black grime (grease?), are rather unpleasant. 4. Being located in a mixed-use building on a main road, there is quite a bit of noise. Earplugs are provided for this reason. Personally, I’m the type who sleeps soundly once I close my eyes, so it wasn't a major issue for me. 5. The stains on the white mattress cover were very unpleasant. The provided duvet was dark-colored, which made me suspicious, but I simply used it and slept fully clothed. 6. The air conditioner is in dire need of cleaning. ***Overall Review*** If I visit Gwangju again, I plan to stay in this room—though I would bring my own sleeping bag and sheet cover. That is how appealing this room is. I hope the host does not take this feedback negatively but instead makes improvements. Please also ensure that notices are clear so there is no confusion for guests.
