Check-in is contactless. Check-in: After 4:00 PM / Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Check-in/out times can be adjusted; please contact us). Maximum occupancy is 2 people. No smoking indoors; smoking will result in immediate eviction and an additional cleaning fee. A designated smoking area and recycling facilities are available on the 1st floor. No pets allowed. Cooking strong-smelling food and hosting parties are prohibited. Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. Violation of the above terms will result in eviction without a refund. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions.
No water stains, mold, or stray hairs—I am meticulous about cleanliness! For hygiene reasons, towels and seasonings are not provided (though towels are available upon request). Amenities such as a vacuum cleaner, fan, and hair dryer are provided. The bedding and rugs have been freshly laundered at a laundromat. Please use the space with confidence; I personally clean it after every guest checks out! It is thoroughly cleaned and ready for immediate move-in. Please note that you will be liable for damages if any items are broken or ruined.
Electricity charges are not included in the management fee. Meter readings will be taken via photographs upon check-in and check-out, and the cost will be charged based on actual usage at the time of check-out.
