Check-in is contactless. Check-in time is after 4 PM, and check-out time is by 11 AM. The maximum number of occupants is limited to 2 people. No smoking indoors. Immediate eviction for smoking. Additional cleaning fees will be charged. A smoking area and separate waste disposal are fully equipped on the 1st floor. No pets allowed. Cooking strong-smelling food or having parties is prohibited. No resident registration. In case of violation of the above special provisions, you will be evicted without a refund of the usage fee. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions.
Water stains!!! Mold!!! The owner is serious about hair!!! For hygiene reasons, towels and condiments are not provided. (Towels are provided upon request). A vacuum cleaner, fan, hair dryer, etc. are available. The blankets and rugs are washed and laid out by me. Please use them with peace of mind. I clean the place myself after you check out! It is cleaned thoroughly so you can move in right away. If any items are damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of the damage.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Based on a monthly basis
