These optional items are provided solely for your convenience. * Dogs are permitted only if they wear diapers. You must strictly adhere to this rule, not just agree to it verbally. Issues such as urine odors may necessitate professional deep cleaning. As such cleaning is expensive and could lead to disputes, I hope to avoid any unpleasant conflicts. Please be aware that if problems arise regarding this matter, I may discontinue the pet-friendly policy. Pets that bark excessively or cause noise disturbances are not permitted. * The long-term maintenance deposit is non-refundable; the cost has already been factored into the monthly rent. Please inform the host of the number of guests before finalizing the rental agreement. The standard rate applies for up to 2 guests; for 3 or more guests, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person per week (maintenance fee) applies. Please transfer any additional maintenance fees directly to the host before moving in. 2. Check-in/Check-out Check-in: From 3:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM If you need to check in or out at different times due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the host. Adjustments are possible only if there is no conflicting reservation following yours.
Check-out Guidelines If utility usage (electricity, water, city gas, etc.) exceeds the allocated budget, an additional fee for the excess amount will be charged upon check-out. The check-out process is considered complete only after the excess amount is paid to the host's account. 👉🏼 You may be held liable for compensation if any items are damaged. (Repair costs may be charged for damage to wallpaper, flooring, etc.) 👉🏼 Please dispose of items like wet wipes and food scraps properly rather than flushing them down the toilet, to prevent drain clogs. *Please be careful, as additional handling fees will be charged if the drain becomes clogged with waste. :) 👉🏼 Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. Even if you smoke indoors and ventilate briefly, the odor lingers. If the smell of smoke is detected, a special cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit. Please observe the no-smoking rule to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone! (A special cleaning fee of 200,000–400,000 KRW applies if smoking is detected, or in cases of pet odors or damage to wallpaper/furnishings.) 👉🏼 Check-in is contactless; we will send you a text message with usage instructions once your reservation is confirmed. 👉🏼 We will respond kindly and as quickly as possible to any requests you may have. 💕
Maintenance fee structures vary by apartment complex. Here, the city gas charge is separate from the standard maintenance fee; therefore, the total cost consists of the apartment maintenance fee plus the city gas bill. The fee specified in the contract is an average amount; costs will increase due to factors such as higher usage of air conditioning, heating, and hot water during summer and winter, or a larger number of occupants. Long-term repair reserves are non-refundable. If the total utility and maintenance costs exceed the standard amount, the difference will be charged upon checkout. We will record the electricity and city gas meter readings at check-in and calculate any excess charges at check-out. The checkout process is only complete once the excess amount has been paid to the host's account. Please conserve energy.

While the external conditions—such as the location, parking space, and nearby amenities—were excellent, the interior cleanliness and maintenance left something to be desired. Many of the furnishings were rusty and worn out, and the landlord's personal belongings—which were of no use to the tenant—were piled up in various places, causing inconvenience. I hope that, for the sake of future tenants, worn-out items will be replaced and the property will be managed with greater care.
