Excellent accessibility; located a 10-minute walk from Gwangalli Beach and convenient for public transport. 2. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful at night. 3. Affordable room rate. Cons: 1. Too many fruit flies or gnats during the summer. 2. No curtains, so a lot of sunlight comes in; an eye mask is essential for sleeping. 3. Very weak shower water pressure; the showerhead is stuck and won't come off (also takes over 30 seconds for hot water to start flowing). 4. Poor soundproofing (music playing in the next room is clearly audible).
Affordable, close to the beach, and great.
