- Available for short-term stays. - No smoking indoors. Smoking will result in eviction and a 200,000 KRW cleaning fee. - Sorry, but pets are not allowed. - As this is an apartment with shared walls, please be considerate before 7 AM and after 10 PM. We ask for your cooperation as complaints may affect long-term operations.
- If you need parking, please let us know in advance and we will guide you. - This apartment was newly built in December 2024, so please use all facilities with care. - Internet is provided free of charge. - For management fees, you only need to settle the portion used within the standard apartment management fee period through the management office. * Long-term repair reserve is excluded.
I stayed here for two weeks while my place was being renovated, and it was so comfortable that the time just flew by! If you're still deciding where to stay, this is definitely the place to choose. Thanks to the kind landlord, we were able to stay comfortably. Since it is a new building, it was clean, and I liked that there were many rooms. My family was satisfied with the three beds :-) It was even better because the cutlery sets, neat dishes, and other amenities thoughtfully provided were included. I would love to stay here again next time. I hope you are always filled with good things โบ๏ธ
