It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We do not charge a move-out cleaning fee, but you must dispose of all waste upon departure. (A cleaning fee will be charged if any waste is left behind.) Resident registration is not possible.

We will send you the door access code on the day of move-in. Please do not touch or handle any mail. Please strictly adhere to the check-in time (3:00 PM) and check-out time (11:00 AM). To receive your security deposit refund upon check-out, you must send a screenshot of the settled utility bill details. You are responsible for cleaning the unit yourself upon move-in, and you must register directly with Samchully City Gas to use the gas service.
Pets are allowed. You must restore the property to its original condition if any damage occurs.
The basic maintenance fee covers expenses such as cleaning of common areas and shared electricity costs. Charges for items not included in the maintenance fee will be calculated and billed upon move-out.
