Check-in is contactless. • Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions on the morning of the check-in day. • Smoking is not allowed indoors. • No additional guests are allowed beyond the standard occupancy (2 people). • Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. (Negotiable) • Charges for loss of use, special cleaning fees, etc., may be applied for damage, loss, or contamination of property.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse electricity, gas, or water, you may be charged an additional amount upon check-out.
