-This is a fully-equipped accommodation with a cypress bed, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, and a cordless mini vacuum cleaner. -There is a 55-inch TV for realistic movie watching~^^ -There is a tea table on the veranda. -The accommodation is managed hygienically and cleanly. -You can walk along the urban promenade and Galidan-gil in front of the apartment.
- Please let us know in advance if you will be using a vehicle. (You do not need to register your vehicle. Simply place the parking pass on the driver's side windshield so it is visible, and leave it at the accommodation when you check out. It is difficult to reissue parking passes, so if you take it with you, you will need to send it back by courier.) - A bus stop with convenient access to Sungsimdang, Yuseong, the baseball stadium, Shinsegae Department Store, etc., is located a 3-minute walk away.
- Check-in is contactless. - When the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions the night before check-in. - Only one car can be parked on a first-come, first-served basis within the building. (First-come, first-served parking on the ground floor or basement levels 1 and 2 within the building) - Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a car. - Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. - Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. - Please inquire if you have any other questions.
-This accommodation is located in the center of Daejeon, making it convenient for daily life with various restaurants, cafes, hospitals, convenience stores, and bus stops nearby. - Time World is a 2-minute walk away, making shopping convenient, and the nightlife is vibrant, offering diverse experiences. - Although located in a hot spot area of Daejeon, it is soundproof and quiet when the windows are closed. - Registration of move-in is not possible. - Charges may be applied for stains on bedding or damage/loss of smoking paraphernalia. - Please thoroughly dispose of trash and separate recyclables. - As this is a shared living facility, please maintain quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. Forced eviction may occur in case of noise or neighbor complaints. In particular, if the TV volume is too loud, complaints may be filed, so please keep the volume at a reasonable level. ~🙏

They have everything you need—toilet paper, water, instant noodles, plastic bags, disposable gloves, and so on. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, soap, sanitary pads, tissues, wet wipes, slippers, and a hair dryer are all provided. You’ll just need to bring your own personal toiletries, lotion, hair styling tools, and clothes. It’s a great location, too—there’s a downtown area nearby, plus a Daiso and plenty of cafes.

It’s a perfect place to stay—clean and in a great location. Everything is provided, from toiletries like shampoo and conditioner to laundry detergent, so you can simply show up with just your personal belongings. I will definitely stay here again.
