The owner's claim for penalties is absurd. I spilled a little laundry detergent on the sofa bed cover, and they claimed I had to pay over 60,000 won because the detergent wouldn't come off. They also charged me the price of a new pair of slippers because the front part was slightly soiled, saying it was too hard to clean or that I used them dirtily. Anyway, I'm curious about the owner's mindset. There are so many restrictions in such a small house, like a 100,000 won penalty if the bathroom door gets clogged, or a penalty if the floor gets scratched from using the sofa bed. They even put locks on every cabinet, making them unusable. If they're going to do that, I don't understand why they rent it out instead of using it themselves. Anyway, I wanted to rest after returning to Korea after a long time, but I'm not feeling good at all.
