1. The unit is located on the 14th floor of a 15-story building. It is a high-floor unit featuring a spacious living room and a terrace, offering an excellent view in the evening. 2. Dogs are allowed; however, please note that you may be charged for any damage caused by your dog, such as stains or marks on the wallpaper or flooring. 3. A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW is charged. While the cleaning standard may not match that of a move-in service for a brand-new apartment, the unit is well-maintained and kept clean.
1. It is a 5-minute walk from Songtan Station. 2. There is a direct bus to Gangnam Station from the bus stop in front of the community center (takes 1 hour). 3. Located in a commercial area, it is close to hospitals, convenience stores, markets, restaurants, and a coin laundry.

Check-out is by 12:00 PM and check-in is from 3:00 PM; these times may be adjusted depending on the reservation schedule. 4. Smoking is prohibited indoors; please use the outdoor terrace for smoking. 5. The unit is fully furnished and equipped, featuring three air conditioners, beds, a high-quality sofa, and a TV. Each room is equipped with double and single beds. Internet, Wi-Fi, and freshly laundered basic bedding are provided. You can enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay. 6. A tax-exempt invoice can be issued for business expense documentation. 7. There is a recycling and waste disposal area next to the nearby community center where you can dispose of your trash.
The room is furnished with one queen-size double bed and two single beds. It also includes a desk, a clothes rack, and storage units. Basic bedding is available if needed.
1. The management fee includes the cost of shared facility maintenance and water usage. 2. As electricity and gas charges vary by season, usage is calculated based on meter readings at the time of move-in and move-out; the final amount is billed separately upon move-out. 3. The gas meter is located in the unit's laundry room, while the electricity meter is located in the first-floor parking area. 4. Additional management fees may apply if five or more people reside in the unit.
