Each room is equipped with double and single beds. Internet, Wi-Fi, and freshly laundered basic bedding are provided. You can enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay. 6. For business expense documentation, a tax-exempt invoice can be issued. 7. There is a recycling and waste disposal area next to the nearby community center where you can dispose of your trash.
The room is furnished with one queen-size double bed and two single beds. It also includes a desk, a clothes rack, and storage units. Basic bedding is available if needed.

Utility costs are settled upon move-in and move-out based on readings from the gas meter in the laundry room and the electricity meter in the first-floor parking area.

The place was spacious, and it was great having a supermarket, convenience store, and the station all nearby. Parking was also convenient, with plenty of space available whenever I needed it. The room was quiet, and the terrace was spacious.
It was good except for the smell.
