This is a clean and quiet sea view room on the 18th floor, available for its first residents. You can enjoy the Incheon sea and Seaside Park right in front of you. It offers an unobstructed view facing Incheon Bridge, Songdo, and Wolmido. There is a large window with sunlight streaming in. Blue long curtains and a view resembling the Mediterranean coastโall of these will present you with a journey that brings a refreshing sense of clarity.
Incheon Airport is 15 minutes away, Yeongjong Station is 15 minutes away, and Gueup Battery is 5 minutes away.
Check-in is contactless. Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 1 PM. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Basic amenities are provided.
There is a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor of the building. You can enjoy rain biking, cycling, jogging, walking, and strolling at Seaside Park, a seaside promenade. You can make good memories with short-term rentals or by staying for a month. Moreover, it is located in the city center, so restaurants, cafes, theaters, supermarkets, eateries, and convenience stores are all within close proximity. There are many tourist attractions such as Misian Cafe, Muuido, Jeomjindo, Inspire, Gueup Ferry, Yeongjong History Museum, Paradise Hotel, and the Forest of World Peace. It is a great environment for relaxation and work. We provide the best room conditions.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, in the case of excessive use, a separate management fee may be charged. ๐
