We absolutely loved the accommodation! It was spotless and pristine from the moment we arrived, and there were many items that made me want to bring them back to my own home in Seoul. The host also provided water play gear and toys for the kids, showing just how much thought and care went into the guest experience. Being on the ground floor meant we didn't have to worry about noise from neighbors above, and having our parking spot right in front of the main entrance was incredibly convenient. The best part, however, has to be the location. We could easily pop over to Gimnyeong Beach, Segi-al Beach, and Conan Beach whenever we felt like taking a stroll, and the kids went swimming almost every day. There were also plenty of famous spots nearby, making it a great base for sightseeing. Our family of four stayed for two weeks; we would have loved to extend our stay by another week, but it was already booked by someone else. I’d love to come back and stay for a full month during next summer vacation! We had such a wonderful time.
The house is in excellent condition and is really close to Gimnyeong Beach! The neighborhood has a delicious bakery (Gimnyeong Bakery), a gourmet burger spot (Jeff), and a cute shop, plus a local market (Gimnyeong King Mart) that is affordable and friendly. There’s a CU convenience store just a 1-2 minute walk away, and the dedicated parking spot made parking incredibly convenient. There was a day with heavy wind and rain, but thanks to the high-quality windows, it stayed quiet and dry inside. Trash disposal was also easy since there’s a "Clean House" (waste collection point) nearby. It’s a place I’d love to visit again! :)

Our family had a wonderful summer vacation in a clean room. Although the water pressure and drainage in the bathroom were a bit disappointing, we didn't have to worry about noise from other floors, and the designated parking made coming and going very convenient. Thank you for helping us create great memories!
I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your vacation. Regarding the bathroom drain, there is an additional trap beneath the cover; it works fine as long as debris like hair is cleared away frequently. I apologize for not informing you about this beforehand. Please understand that the water pressure was set with young children's showers in mind. I hope you take away only wonderful memories.
