🏡CCTV is installed in the building. -Large supermarkets, convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurants, laundromats, and other amenities are within a 1-5 minute walk. -When checking out, please separate recyclables, general waste, and food waste into the provided bags. -Parking availability depends on the situation, so please inquire separately. -As this is a residential space, please be mindful not to make loud noises at night or in the early morning. -In case of damage or contamination of property, compensation for damages and additional cleaning fees will be incurred.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if excessive use of electricity, water, or gas exceeds the management fee, additional costs may be incurred.
