We are ceasing operations in mid-November due to unforeseen circumstances. We have drastically lowered the price for anyone staying during this interim period. (Condition: You must allow the room to be shown for real estate viewings.) Located right behind the terminal with a view of the Rose Park. Offers a hotel-like interior and the comfort of home. Includes a computer capable of running the latest games. Furnished with one queen-size bed and one additional mattress. Towels and toiletries are not provided. The rate is based on two guests; an additional 40,000 KRW per week applies for each extra person.

*Check-in is contactless. *Ideal for long-term business trips, medical recovery stays, hospital trainees, etc. *No smoking; pets are not allowed. -A special cleaning fee of 330,000 KRW will be charged if violations are discovered. *Resident registration is not permitted. *Based on 2-person occupancy; an additional person incurs a fee of 50,000 KRW per week. *Maximum occupancy: 3 people. *Plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby.
Resident registration is strictly prohibited. When requesting a booking, please let me know via message the purpose of your stay, whether you have a vehicle, and the number of guests. Being on the top floor offers a great view and ensures there is no noise from neighbors above. A computer is provided, so you can enjoy the latest games. An HDMI cable is included, allowing you to use a dual-monitor setup.
Excessive use of included items may result in a request for additional service fees.
I absolutely loved this apartment. It is in a very convenient location. I enjoyed the karaoke bar in the building. The place is neat and cozy, and the owner was helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you for an amazing stay! 😀
