There are many convenience facilities on the first floor of the building, such as CU, GS25, coffee shops, Suyu-ri Udon, Chinese restaurants, Japanese restaurants (sushi specialty restaurants), etc. There is a Lotte Cinema Hanam Misa branch in the next building, so you can watch movies in slippers. E-Mart is 5 minutes away (Hanam Pungsan Station branch).
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
The host was excellent at communicating. We had everything we needed—from supplies and appliances to convenient access to local shops—and enjoyed a comfortable stay as a family of four (including a baby). The place was spacious and great!
