Pets are allowed, but you must compensate for any damage to the interior, such as wallpaper.
Bosan Station and Bosan Elementary School are nearby. If you are renting for a short term, please change your delivery address after the contract expires to avoid misdelivery or loss. You can change the front door password freely while using it and must inform us when you leave.
You must apply for gas service yourself upon check-in, and you must pay the gas bill yourself upon check-out. If your water and electricity usage is at an appropriate level compared to the average usage in the same complex, no additional charges will be applied.
