Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you move-in and usage instructions. The move-in process is contactless. We will accommodate your preferred check-in and check-out times as much as possible. Please contact us via chat if you wish to extend your stay. Disposable items (toothpaste/toothbrush, towels, shampoo, etc.) are not provided. No smoking indoors; parties and excessive noise are prohibited. Pets are allowed, but you will be liable for any damage caused to the interior, such as the wallpaper.
Bosan Station and Bosan Elementary School are located nearby. If you are renting for a short term, please ensure you update your delivery address after the contract expires to prevent misdelivery or loss of packages. You are free to change the entrance passcode during your stay, but please provide the new code upon check-out.
You must arrange for the gas service yourself upon move-in and settle the gas bill directly upon move-out. Water and electricity charges are covered up to 10,000 KRW per month; you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred beyond this amount.
