This is a ♨️warm home that was fully remodeled this year. Although it's a semi-basement, it has a 🧭south-facing 🪟large window, and there are no obstructing buildings next to it, so it's bright 💡 and warm even during the day. It's a 1.5-room structure with a kitchen/living room and a large bedroom. The room is very spacious, so it's comfortable for two people to use together. A contract can be made after discussing the usage schedule.

The space was large, the water pressure was good, and it was a pleasant place to live for a semi-basement. I was disappointed that the coffee wasn't unlimited, as I thought it was.
It was cozy, clean, and so nice. 👍👍
The room was more spacious than the photos, so I was able to stay comfortably for a month.
