- Basic daily necessities are provided (detergent, etc.) - Please inquire about the usage of the wall pad, etc. - Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors - Costs may be charged for any damage to items - The occupancy limit is not 4 people - You may be asked to vacate the premises if complaints arise with neighbors or the management office due to noise between floors, etc. - As this facility is an officetel, registering your residency is strictly prohibited (related damages will be charged).

The house was spacious and pleasant, making my stay truly comfortable. It was well-equipped with everything needed for daily living, so I didn't face any inconveniences. I was especially pleased with how neatly and cleanly the place was maintained. Above all, I was grateful for the host, who was incredibly kind and attentive.
