Hello! We invite you to "Maju-gonggan House," located in the heart of Hwasun-eup. We are situated just a 15-minute walk (or a very short bus ride) from Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital. There are plenty of dining options and amenities nearby for your convenience. We have carefully prepared the space with cozy bedding to make you feel right at home. Our accommodation operates as a women-only share house. This is a shared room for two people, and the listed price is per person. A privacy curtain is installed between the beds.
- 15-minute walk or 14-minute bus ride to Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital - 16-minute bus ride from Hwasun Terminal
- Check-in is contactless. - Move-in instructions will be sent after the contract is finalized. - Please review the move-in instructions carefully. - Upon check-out, please leave the unit as clean as you found it; large items such as boxes must be disposed of directly at the waste collection area next to the main entrance. A cleaning fee of 30,000 KRW will be deducted from the security deposit if the unit is not left tidy.

Please avoid any behavior that might disturb others. Strictly no smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes/vapes) 🚭. You will be held liable for costs related to stained bedding or damaged fixtures. - Please turn off the heating system when you go out. - Maintenance fees are set at a minimum. Excessive gas usage may result in additional charges, so please keep the temperature at 23°C or lower. - This is a women-only share house. Visitors are not allowed, and please observe quiet hours after 11 PM.
