Hello~ We invite you to "Majugonggan House" located in the center of Hwasun-eup! Hwasun Jeonnam National University Hospital is a 15-minute walk away, and it's also very close by bus. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience facilities nearby, so you can use them conveniently. We have carefully prepared a cozy bed and a comfortable home for you. Our accommodation is used as a women-only share house~ This is a cozy single room.
- Hwasun Jeonnam National University Hospital is a 15-minute walk or a 14-minute bus ride. - It's a 16-minute bus ride from Hwasun Terminal.
- Move-in is contactless. - After signing the contract, we will send you a move-in guide. - Please check the move-in guide carefully. - When you check out, please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you moved in. Please dispose of large trash items such as boxes directly at the garbage disposal area next to the apartment's main entrance. If the apartment is not cleaned upon check-out, a cleaning fee of 30,000 KRW will be deducted from your security deposit.
💎Free basic amenities: water purifier, toothpaste, rice, Wi-Fi, basic seasonings 💎4 towels, dishes, pots, cutting board, knife, and simple kitchen ingredients are provided. 💎The apartment parking lot is free. The single room has a door lock. The password can be changed, but you must inform us of the new password when you check out. Please be mindful of loud phone calls and other noises late at night. You will be sharing common areas with other guests. Please refrain from actions that may disturb others. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (even e-cigarettes are not allowed 🚭). You will be charged for any damage to bedding or fixtures. - When going out, please turn off the boiler. - The management fee has been set to a minimum. If gas consumption is excessive, additional gas charges may apply, so please try to keep the temperature below 23 degrees Celsius. - This is a women-only share house. Visits from acquaintances are not permitted, and please be considerate after 11 PM.
Apartment maintenance fees, electricity bills, gas bills, and water bills are included. If you overuse the included items, additional maintenance fees may be requested.
