✦ The building is located on a well-lit street, ensuring good security. ✦ The Hyundai Department Store and Han River Park are a 10-minute walk away! ✦ As it's located in an area with many major corporations, there are numerous amenities within walking distance. ✦ There's a convenience store on the first floor of this building, a Starbucks on the first floor of the building across the street, and an Olive Young just a 1-minute walk away. ✦ Don't worry if your schedule doesn't align perfectly with weekly increments! Electricity, water, and internet fees are included in the management fee. This building does not have floor heating. -> You can use the air conditioner for heating and cooling. Disposable hygiene-related items such as toilet paper, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are not provided. If you excessively use the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
