The large room has a wardrobe, mirror, TV, shelf, table, and chair. The small room has a wardrobe and a full-length mirror. There are no beds in each room, but there is a queen-size mattress in each.

It's a bright and cozy small apartment with plenty of sunlight. It's an older complex, but it's well-maintained. As an apartment, it's convenient for heating and cooling, and easy to manage. It's not in downtown Gyeongju! It's in Angang. Instead, the surrounding scenery is rural and peaceful. You can enjoy various natural features such as walking along the wide rice paddies, mountains, the sea, valleys, and fishing spots. You'll be able to experience a relaxed Gyeongju. Busan, Pohang, and Yeongcheon are also close by.
The biggest disadvantage and advantage is that it's a 6-story apartment without an elevator. At first, I was taken aback too. But now, I'm staying healthy just by climbing stairs without any other exercise. The stairs aren't as high as in modern apartments, so it's not hard on my knees. Drying laundry on the rooftop on a nice day is a bonus. There are convenient places nearby like BBQ, Kyochon, Jaws Tteokbokki, Sulbing, Naega Mandeun Goroke, Yogurpresso, Twosome, etc. It's an old apartment, but I renovated it myself, so I have a special affection for it. Priority will be given to those who will keep the house clean. Pets are allowed - please be mindful of basic etiquette. Those interested in home repair or with repair skills are welcome. If you need to repair anything while living here, I'll give you a discount for that.
Items not included in the management fee will be settled and charged upon check-out. If you overuse items included in the management fee, additional management fees may be requested.
I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was plenty of parking, and the topper mattress was great for staying with the kids. The heating worked well, and the hot water was good. Also, the nearby Korean beef restaurant is delicious!
I had a good rest.
