This is a clean house that was remodeled four years ago from an old farmhouse, and the wallpaper and flooring were newly done this time. The host couple lives in the main house, and across from it is a rose garden cultivated by the host. It is equipped with cooking utensils, and there is a Weber grill, so you can barbecue in the lawn and on the rooftop if you wish (you will have to prepare the charcoal and fire yourself).
It is a 10-minute drive from Yeoju Station and a 5-minute drive from Yeoju IC. You will need a car to get to the convenience store, so it is convenient to shop at Yeoju E-Mart on your way.
Move-in is possible both in-person and remotely.
Additional charges may apply in the event of damage to or contamination of the item.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Excessive use may result in additional charges.
