The location and view are great. However, since the space is designed primarily as a party room, it falls short as a place to stay for a short-term rental. Most notably, the bathroom condition was vastly different—and worse—than the photos; it appeared very old and poorly maintained, and the hot water would cut out depending on the shower settings. With the shower located right next to the toilet and virtually no room to move once the door is closed, it is very inconvenient for use as a regular accommodation.
I had a great stay.
I loved the refreshing view of the Han River. The host was quick to respond and very kind, making for a comfortable stay.
'Roomding' is a place where you can stay comfortably in the city center.
