All utility charges (gas, water, and electricity) are included in the management fee. However, additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
The place was clean, and I really appreciated the thoughtful selection of cleaning tools and supplies that were readily available for use. ^^ The host was kind and quick to respond. However, I did wish there were blackout curtains.
I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was excellent, making my time here very convenient.
